1. Arrange your collection
Use our website or app to book your collection and delivery slot. Pay with ease with your debit/credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.We will only take payment after we receive your order to our facility.
2. Pack your washing
Collect your washing from around the house and place in a disposable bags. If you’ve selected multiple services, please separate in bags.
3. Wait for your collection
On the day of collection you will receive a SMS or email from our system to let you know our driver is on the way.
You can track our driver to your door. You can leave your Laundry in a safe place to be picked up if you don’t want to be disturbed.
4. Spend time doing the things you love
Whilst we take care of your washing, enjoy some time with family or friends! We’ll notify you of your delivery slot which you can alter if you’re not going to be home.

Simply download our App or use our Web-Client to create an account. From here you can manage and track current and past orders, and place new orders for collection and delivery. Unlike our competitors, we do everything in house. This means that your clothes are carefully transported and cleaned by an experienced Laundry24 member of staff. You’ll know exactly which store your laundry is being transported to, and if you have any questions you can speak directly to your local store!
Never. Each order is independently managed and cleaned for hygiene and peace of mind. Your laundry is safe in our hands.
We aim to complete and return all orders within 24-hours. However some service’s like Ironing and Repairs and Alterations can take longer .
if we can’t have it in 24 hours we will let you know on collection. (This can be due to the level of cleaning needed or the type of fabric)
